Research Projects

The first two phases of Future Cities Laboratory produced a rich legacy of research, some of which takes the form of real-world applications. In addition to the eight research modules in the Future Cities Lab (FCL) Global programme, researchers are also involved in projects that are extensions of the research in FCL, in collaboration with academic, governmental and industry partners. Research teams working on these projects have secured funding through competitive proof-​of-concept grants, and/or industry sources.
