Dr Jielin CHEN

Jielin is an active researcher at the cutting edge of design computing, with a focus on computational methods for architectural design representation space disentanglement and interpretation. She aims to offer innovative solutions to complex architectural conceptual design challenges.

Jielin obtained her PhD in Architecture from the National University of Singapore in 2024. Her achievements have been recognized with the Young CAADRIA Award (2021) and the SDSC Dissertation Research Fellowship (2022). She also serves as a peer reviewer for IJAC and AIEDAM, and is a member of the Paper Selection Committee for CAADRIA 2025.

With an MLA (Distinction) from the University of Hong Kong and a BEng in Urban Planning from Zhejiang University, Jielin brings a multidisciplinary approach to her research, combining deep academic rigor with a passion for innovation.
