Bibek GUPTA
Bibek Gupta joined the Singapore-ETH Centre as a dedicated researcher at Future Cities Laboratory Global in the Circular Future Cities (CFC) module. He is deeply committed to advancing Sustainable Development approaches for informing the design of circular buildings with circular materials flows in urban area. He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from National Taiwan University, specialising in Computer-Aided Engineering and Circular BIM methodologies. His expertise encompasses sustainable design, BIM integration, and generative design, utilising various advanced tools.
Bibek has over four years of experience in research and industry. During his tenure in the industry, he led various projects that integrated BIM for material recycling, demonstrating his ability to drive forward-thinking solutions in the construction industry. At Feng Yu Construction Co., Ltd. in Taiwan, he developed and implemented innovative formwork design strategies that prioritise material reuse and circular construction practices.
