Kamila KRYCH
Kamila Krych is the module coordinator of the Circular Cities Project and a postdoctoral researcher at the Ecological Systems Design group at ETH Zurich. Her primary background is in industrial ecology and environmental assessment methods, such as life cycle assessment (LCA) and material flow analysis (MFA). During her doctoral studies at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), she focused on lifetime modeling using dynamic MFA. During her master’s studies at NTNU, she investigated the carbon footprint of office building archetypes using LCA and energy simulation software like EnergyPlus. She continued this work, further developing a tool for combined material-energy modeling in buildings.
