About the Workshop
As urban problems become more complex, effective communication and participatory design is increasingly more important for collaboration between different fields of expertise and different stakeholder groups for on-the-ground solutions.
Join the Agropolitan Territories of Monsoon Asia [AGR] module of Future Cities Laboratory (FCL) Global to learn more about data-driven participatory design at the 'Participate with Data' workshop on 26 September or 2 October.
Held in collaboration with external page Participate in Design (P!D) at external page Singapore Design Week (SDW) 2024. This workshop will cover methods for evidence-based strategic planning to enhance community engagement and is designed for participants from government agencies, industry practitioners and academia.
Learn about FCL Global's open-source planning tool - external page ur-scape - and its data analysis capabilities integrated within P!D’s established participatory design approaches in a hands-on lecture.
The programme consists of an interactive lecture about the framework, application of this knowledge in a scenario-building workshop and a studio visit to P!D at National Design Centre (26 Sep) or FCL Global (2 Oct).
