Research Interests
With an interdisciplinary background in the humanities and social sciences, Julio’s interests have been shaped by his curiosity for how cities are governed and thought about.
Situated at the intersection of urban studies, planning theory and science and technology studies, his research is particularly invested in the problematisation of the political and democratic challenges posed by urban transformations.
