Prof Dr Christoph Hoelscher is professor of Cognitive Science at ETH Zurich since 2013. At the Singapore-ETH Centre, he is also the programme director of the Future Resilent Systems programme - the second programme at the centre. He was previously assistant and extra-curricular professor at the Center for Cognitive Science in the University of Freiburg, Germany. He received his Doctorate (2000) and Habilitation (2009) in Psychology at the University of Freiburg. He was project manager in IT industry during 2000-2003, specialising in user-adaptive systems and usability.
